Pirates

Whatever others would have you think, pirates are not shabby dressers. We dress in the finest silk and leather goods. We keep the best from a captured ship for ourselves, the rest we sell or trade. Pirates are often spotted in ports because they look too good, too good for a sailor. A sailor wearing the clothes of a gentlelady or gentleman is definitely a pirate. Remember this when you are walking under the gem stars in the island towns of Lymera, when someone talks rough but looks gentle, you are looking at a pirate and you need to be wary.
